Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）計測される流体の流路を形成する管体１と該管体
    内に固定オリフィス部を設定するオリフィス板２と、該
    オリフィス板の上流の流体圧力を検知する第１の圧力セ
    ンサー３と、オリフィス板の下流の流体圧力を検知する
    第２の圧力センサー４と、第１および第２の圧力センサ
    ーの出力に基づいて管体内を流れる流体の流量を演算ス
    ルマイクロコンピュータ−５と、該マイクロコンピュー
    タ−内に配置されたＲＯＭ６とを備え、該ＲＯＭには各
    種流体のそれぞれの圧力に対応した流量値があらかじめ
    記憶されていることを特徴とする絞り式流量計。
  2. （２）前記ＲＯＭ６は、各種流体の物理量に基づく選択
    回路７を備えてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の絞り式流量計。
  3. （３）前記ＲＯＭ６に予め記憶された流量値に対する流
    体の温度補正をマイクロコンピュータ−５にて演算して
    なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の絞り式流量計
    。
