口部に嵌入可能な外径に形成された膨縮可能な円筒状の
袋体よりなり、該袋体の一端面から他端面へ中心方向に
貫通し他端が上記バラスト排出管の内壁底部に対向して
開口するように形成された第1連通細管および同じく袋
体の中心方向に貫通する第2連通細管を有する閉塞栓と
、該閉塞栓の一端面において上記袋体内部に連通可能に
接続された第1給排ホースと、上記閉塞栓の一端面にお
いて上記、第1連通細管の一端に連通可能に接続された
第2給排ホースと、上記閉塞栓の一端面において上記第
2連通細管に連通可能に接続された給気ホースと、上記
各ホースの他端に接続され各ホース−への圧縮エアの給
排を切換制御する切換制御装置とを備え、上記船体外開
口部の閉塞必要時には、該開口部に閉塞栓を嵌入し、切
換制御装置の操作により、第1給排ホースに圧縮エアを

スに圧縮エアを供給し第1又は第2連通細管を介してバ
ラスト排出管内を加圧するとともに、上記袋体内部の圧
縮エアを第1給排ホースを介して排出させ該袋体を収縮
させることにより、上記閉塞栓を開口部から外部へ自動
的に取出し可能にしたことを特徴とする船舶のバラスト
排出管閉塞装置。
