根外周２に弾性資材からなるシール装置３を取付けた浮
屋根式貯槽において、前記シール装置３の内側又は外側
にエアーバック４を介装し、このエアーバック４″と浮
屋根５上に設置した蓄圧器６とを配管７でつなぎ、その
配管７の途中に緊急作動弁８を設け、この緊急作動弁８
を浮屋根５上に設けた揺動感知器９に連結し、感知器９
が作動したとき、前記緊急作動弁８が自動的に開弁じ、
エアーバック４を膨らませ、シール装置３又はエア−バ
ック４自体を貯槽周壁１に圧接させ、浮屋根５を貯槽周
壁１にロックさせて揺動にブレーキをかけるように構成
したことを要旨とする浮屋根式貯槽における浮屋根の制
