Claims (1)
およびガス封入用ノズルを嵌脱自在に設け、前記吐出管
開口端部の長さを脱気・ガス封入用ノズル口端部よりも
外方に延出してなる、各別に液の供給ならびに脱気およ
び不活性ガス封入用流路を備えた充填ノズルを、内部に
摺動自在のプランジャを備えるバルブ本体の端部にクラ
ンプを介して着脱自在に密着固定したとき、バルブ本体
に開口する充填物供給口と前記充填ノズルの吐出口につ
ながる液供給流路とが連通し、また、前記プランジャの
摺動によりその端部で、ノズルの吐出口と充填物供給口
とを連通ずる流路を、充填物供給口に対して開閉するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする脱気およびガス封入ノズル付
き充填バルブ。A degassing and gas filling nozzle is removably installed concentrically around the liquid filling discharge pipe, and the length of the opening end of the discharge pipe is set to the degassing and gas filling nozzle mouth end. A filling nozzle with separate channels for liquid supply, degassing, and inert gas filling, extending outward from the valve body, is clamped to the end of the valve body with a slidable plunger inside. When the filling material supply port opening in the valve body and the liquid supply channel connected to the discharge port of the filling nozzle are tightly fixed in a removable manner through the valve body, the liquid supply channel connected to the discharge port of the filling nozzle communicates with each other.
