    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダの負荷側油室１ａ及び非負荷側油室１ｂのそれ
    ぞれと油給排装置２とを接続する管路６．７と、管路６
    から分岐して非負荷側油室１ｂとを接続する管路１０と
    、この管路１０間に挿入され、油給排装置２から非負荷
    側油室１ｂへの油の流れ及びとの反対方向への油の流れ
    を阻止するチェック弁１４とを具え、このチェック弁１
    ４は、シリンダの伸長終端位置で油給排装置２から非負
    荷側油室１ｂへの油路を開口して、油給排装置２から負
    荷側油室１ａへの圧油をアンロードするよう構成したこ
    とを特徴とするシリンダ装置。
