第１図は、従来のフェイズドアレイレーダ用アクティブ
送受信モジューの構成図、第２図は、この考案の実施例
のアクティブ送受信モジュールの構成図である。 図中、１は、入出力端子、２は、移相器、３ａ及び３ｂ
は、送受切換器、４は高出力増幅器、５は開口部、６は
低雑音増幅器、７は可変減衰器、８は可変減衰器バイア
ス回路、９は可変減衰器駆動回路、１０は、バイアス切
換スイッチ、１１は送信時バイアス回路、１２は受信時
バイアス回路である。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部
分は、同一符号を示しである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入出力端子につながる移相器と、上記移相器につながる
    第１の送受切換器と、二の第１の送受切換器と第２の送
    受切換器との間に設けられ、所要の増幅出力を生ずる増
    幅器と、第２め送受切換器につながる開口部と、上記第
    １の送受切換器と第２の送受切換器との間に、上記増幅
    器の接続とは別に可変減衰器と低雑音増幅器を直列に接
    続したものを接続して構成したアクティブ送受信モジュ
    ールにおいて、送信時と受信時とで互に異る制御信号で
    上記可変減衰器を駆動する可変減衰器駆動回路を設けた
    ことを特徴とするアクティブ送受信モジュール。
