従来の一例を示す接続図、第２図は一般的に使用されて
いるゲート駆動回路の構成例を示す回路図、第３図及び
第４図はそれぞれ本考案の異なる実施例をＧＴＯのゲー
ト駆動回路とともに示す接続図である。 −１・・・ゲート電源回路、２・・・ゲート駆動回路、

Claims (1)
- 交流電源に接続される整流回路と該整流回路の出力側に
接続された定電圧回路とを備えてゲートターンオフ・サ
イリスクのゲートを駆動するゲート電源回路において、
前記定電圧回路の入力側と出力側との間にフォトカップ
ラと所定の大きさの電圧を受けて導通する半導体素子と
の直列接続回路を含むバイパス回路を設けたことを特徴
とするゲートターンオフ・サイリスタのゲート電源回路
。
