Cracks have been formed on ceramics by applying special glazes and firing methods, and on papers by embossing and rubbing (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 7836/1983). . Various base materials having cracked surfaces obtained by C. straining in this manner are prepared as described in '4. Materials such as decorative panels, furniture, interior goods, small items, decorative glass, cabinets for decorative products, automobile parts, binding for storage areas and notebooks, marking on business cards and postcards, etc. However, as mentioned above, the manufacturing method differs depending on the various base materials, and special methods require a lot of time and skill on the part of the builder, and the molding process is difficult. When using a mold for printing, it had the disadvantage of high costs. In particular, if only the patterns and letters were to be expressed with crack patterns, the process would be more complicated.

In view of the above-mentioned current situation, the present inventors have completed various research studies and have completed the present invention. That is, in the present invention, after the curable resin Iw2 is formed on the surface of the base material 1, the curable resin layer 2 is treated after or before the curable resin layer 2 is made into a semi-cured state (by heating etc.). A water-soluble resin layer 3 is partially formed on top, and then a kneading-curable resin layer 2 is formed.
Table 1: After the curable resin layer 2 is completely cured by contacting it with an organic solvent to cause cracks and then being treated with heat or the like, a metal vapor deposited layer 4 is formed thereon. , MiJ water-soluble tree) 111Mi3 is removed, and then a protective layer is provided as required.

First, the main resin 12 is formed on the necessary portions of the surface of the base material 1 (by means of coating, dipping, printing, spraying, etc. using a facilitative resin) and hardening with a trowel (Part IJI Reference 1!@). Here, the curable resin refers to lIB heat, ultraviolet irradiation, f-ray irradiation,
This refers to resins that harden through treatment such as radiation irradiation. Examples include thermosetting resins such as melamine, Aku+1, and V4, and ultraviolet curable resins such as Unogun Acrylic V-T and polyester acrylate.

During this process (see Figure 2), cracks are formed on the surface of the curable resin @ 2 where the water-soluble resin layer is not provided. Although the cause of this crack is not clear, the semi-cured 61 In the cured curable resin, the relatively uncured parts are dissolved and removed by contact with the organic solvent, and at the same time the hardened parts are condensed by condensation inside the resin. It is presumed that the cracks are formed by the mutual action of the cracks.Crack patterns with different roughness appear depending on the degree of hardening in the semi-hardened state and the solvent treatment conditions.
