Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 筐体、この筐体内を分割するダイアフラム、このダイア
    プラムの変位を抑制する弾性体、上記ダイアフラムとと
    もに動く磁性体または磁石より成る可動子、この可動子
    と対向するよう固定部材に設けられた磁石または磁性体
    より成る固定子を備え、少なくとも上記ダイアフラムの
    所ずの移動範囲において上記ダイアフラムが、所定位置
    をある方向に変位する際の圧力値と上記所定位置を逆方
    向に変位する際の圧力値とに差を設けたことを特徴とす
    るダイアフラム装置。
