    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子スピン共鳴用のマイクロ波が導入され且つその中心
    部に観測用の試料が配置される空胴部を有し、前記試料
    に静磁場と直角な方向から光を照射する透孔を有した共
    振器において、前記透孔は静磁場の方向に並べられた複
    数列の微小孔によって形成してなる空胴共振器。
