動作説明図である。 １：液体分析装置、２：分析用セル、３：サンプル流路
、５：液体検出装置、６：発光素子、７：受光素子。

Claims (3)
- （１）分析用セルと、この分析用セル内を貫通して設け
られサンプル液が流通され小口径に形成されたサンプル
通路と、このサンプル通路に沿って保持され前記サンプ
ル液を分析する分析用センサとを有する分析装置におい
て、前記分析用セルを光を透過し得る透明な材料にて形
成し、発光素子と前記サンプル流路を挾んでこの発光素
子に対向配置される受光素子とからなる光学センサを前
記分析用セル内に設け、前記サンプル流路内の気体また
は液体の有する光屈折率の相違による前記光学センサの
出力の差に基づいて前記サンプル液の有無を検知するこ
とを特徴とする液体分析装置。 - （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の液体分析
装置において、光学センサの外径を、サンプル流路の内
径の４倍以内に選定したことを特徴とする液体分析装置
。 - （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項に記
載の液体分析装置において、光学センサの発光および受
光素子間の距離を、サンプル流路の内径の５倍以内に選
定したことを特徴とする液体分析装置。
