バネ弾力若しくは作動軸7の捻り回度を適当に選択する
事により、この11,11’の戻り回動弾力と蓋板3自
重とを適度に釣り合わせ、例えば施蓋に際して蓋が倒れ

害を一挙に解決した極めて優れた発明である。
