数の故障発生信号によって発振動作を行なう発振器と、
該発振器よりの一定繰り返し周波数の発振パルスと異常
時には点灯あるいは点滅させ正常時は消灯せしめるよう
な点灯動作制御信号とが夫々供給され、該発振器の発振
動作時には該発振パルスを該故障発生信号の繰り返し周
波数に応じて間欠的に表示素子へ出力すると共に、該発
振パルスの非出力期間は該表示素子を点灯するレベルの
信号を出力し、該点灯動作制御信号が停止時には該表示
素子を消灯するレベルの信号を該表示素子へ出力するゲ
