Claims (1)
列に接続したスイッチング素子と、所定の周波数で発振
する発振器と、この発振器の出力をトリガー信号とする
単安定マルチバイブレークと、ストップ時の方がテール
時より広いパルス幅となるように前記単安定マルチバイ
ブレータのパルス幅を変えるパルス幅切換回路とを備え
