ン曝気槽、４はオゾナイザ−１５は排オゾン分解塔、６
は原水、７は生物処理水、８は上澄水、９はオゾン化空
気、１０は排オゾン、１１は清浄空気、１２はブ冶アー
、２１は排オゾンモニター、２２は高濃度オゾンガス、
２３は生物処理曝気用ガス、２４．２５はバルブ、３１
はオゾン処理水、３２は余剰汚泥である。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）処理水が入れられこの処理水に空気を吸き込んで
    曝気させる生物処理槽、この生物処理槽からの処理水が
    送り込まれる沈澱分離槽、この沈澱分離槽の上澄水が送
    り込まれこの上澄水にオゾンを吹き込むオゾン曝気槽を
    備え、このオゾン曝気槽からの排気中のオゾン濃度測定
    手段を設け、その排気中のオゾン濃度がｘｏｏｐｐｍ以
    下のとき、その排気を直接上記生物処理槽に曝気用とし
    て送り込み、またｌ　ｏｏｐｐｍ以上のときは排オゾン
    分解塔を通して送り込むように構成して成る水処理装置
    。
  2. （２）上記排気は、上記生物処理槽に曝気用として吹き
    込まれている空気に混合されて送り込まれるものである
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    水処理装置。
