    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面に好気性微生物を着生させた充填材層の上部よりＢ
    ＯＤ成分を含有する被処理水を下降流で流入するととも
    に当該充填材層の下部から酸素を含む気体を流入して被
    処理水を浄化し当該処理水を充填材層の下部から流出さ
    せる固定床接触酸化槽において、当該充填材層の中間位
    置より上部に、充填材層に着生した余剰の微生物を剥離
    するための空気ディストリビュータを内設したことを特
    徴とする固定床接触酸化槽。
