．　３７は管、６は濾過器、３８はスプレーライザー、
３９は邪魔板を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　処理槽の底部近傍に断面逆Ｖ字型の邪魔板を相互間
    に適当間隙を設けて複数配置して、処理槽内を邪魔板上
    方の水槽部と下方のスラッジ回収部に区画し、スラッジ
    回収部の槽底にスラッジ排出手段を付設して、その稼動
    によって邪魔板間の間隙において処理液の水槽部からス
    ラッジ回収部への液流を発生せしめ、スラッジ回収部の
    槽底を上記スラッジ排出手段に向かって傾斜させて凹状
    槽底を形成し、該凹状槽底に処理液噴出手段を付設して
    、その稼動によって処理液を上記スラッジ排出手段に向
    けて噴出させることを特徴とする浸漬式リン酸塩化成処
    理装置。 ２　邪魔板がその長さ方向を処理槽の幅方向に平行にし
    て配置されている上記第１項の装置。 ３　凹状槽底が液中スラッジの安息角より小さな角度で
    もって傾斜している上記第１項の装置。 ４　邪魔板の傾斜片が液中スラッジの安息角に等しい角
    度またはこれより大きな角度でもって傾斜している上記
    第１項の装置。 ５　処理液排出手段によって槽外に取り出された処理液
    の一部が処理液噴出手段に供給される上記第１項の装置
