Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 力凸熱ヒータを有する熱処理室の上流側に、所定間隔に
    て配置された熱遮蔽部及び真空気密部より成る中間ドア
    を介し加熱装置を有する前処理室を連設して該両室を密
    閉可能に構成し、前記画室に、真空排気装置と不活性ガ
    ス供給装置とを夫々昇を介在せしめて接続し、又前記熱
    処理室に、該熱処理室内に配置したガス分析装置によっ
    て制御される給気弁を介し熱処理剤供給装置を接続した
    ことを特徴とする金属熱処理設備。
