フロップ回路と、パルス巾を設定する手段と、上記パル
ス源からのパルス毎に上記設定手段によって設定された
パルス巾のパルスを出力する手段と、上記フリップフロ
ップ回路の複数の出力の夫々と上記出力手段の出力との
アンドにより互いに時間的に異なる複数のパルス信号を
形成する手段と、上記形成手段からのパルス信号に応じ
て上記螢光灯に電力供給する手段とを有することを特徴
