Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 論理集積回路等を試験する論理機能試験装置において被
    測定物の出力端子のインピーダンスより高く、かつ入力
    端子のインピーダンスより低い出力インピーダンスを有
    する試験信号印加部と、該試験信号印加部の入力と出力
    の論理値を比較判定する判定部とを備え、被測定物の入
    力、出力に応じて前記試験信号印加部と前記判定部の動
    作切換えを行なわない事を特徴とする試験信号印加判定
    回路。
