のである。In addition, if both the upper blade 5 and the lower blade 6 become worn or damaged, they must be replaced, so there is a drawback that it takes time and effort to set each time. In order to eliminate this drawback, the present invention is designed to cut the contact strip material at the corner of the base material instead of using either the seven blades or the lower blade for cutting the contact strip material at the corner of the base material. It is an object of the present invention to provide a crossbar contact welding device characterized in that the contact strip can be welded onto a base material so that the contacts do not protrude outside the base material.

A passage 14 is provided for feeding between the passages 1 and 12.
The inlet of 4 is widened vertically to prevent the contact strip 3 from being cut as the cutter die 13 moves up and down, and the outlet is narrow enough to allow the contact strip 3 to pass through in order to cut the contact strip 3. be. Reference numeral 15 denotes a base on which the contact strip material 3 is placed, and the side surface of the tip serves as a guide for the cutter die 13. Next, an example of the crossbar contact manufacturing operation using the crossbar contact welding apparatus configured as described above will be explained. As shown in FIG.
is set, and when the contact strip material 3 on the base 15 is fed by a feeding device (not shown) by a certain length through the passage 14 of the cutter die 13 between the upper electrode 12 and the base material 2, as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the upper electrode 12 descends to the top of the base material 2 so as to push the contact strip material 3, and here electricity is applied and welding is performed.

When descending, it descends together. When welding is completed, only the striking cutter die 13 shown in Fig. 2c further descends,
The contact strip material 3 is cut by the upper blade of the cutter die 13, that is, the exit corner of the passage 14 and the corner of the base material 2, thereby producing an electrical contact. The example of the manufacturing operation of one crossbar contact point of the apparatus of the present invention described above is a case in which the lower electrode 11 is fixed and the upper electrode 12 and the cutter die 13 are moved up and down, but as another example of the manufacturing operation, the cutter die 13 is fixed, Both upper and lower electrodes 12
, 11 may be moved up and down. An example of the crossbar single contact manufacturing operation of the apparatus of the present invention in this case will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3a to 3c. As shown in FIG. When the contact strip material 3 is fed a certain length between the upper electrode 12 and the base material 2 through the passage 14 of the cutter die 13 by a feeding device (not shown), the upper electrode 12 becomes a contact point as shown in FIG. 3b. The lower electrode 11 is lowered until it touches the strip 3, and at the same time the lower electrode 11 rises until the base material 2 thereon comes into contact with the contact strip 3, and then as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the upper electrode 12 and the lower electrode 11 rise, and the contact strip 3 is cut at the exit corner of the passage 14 of the cutter die 13 and the corner of the base material 2, and then both the upper and lower electrodes 12, 11 are energized. Then, the contact 3' and the base material 2 are welded to form an electric contact. As can be seen from the above explanation, the crossbar single contact welding device of the present invention differs from conventional devices in that the contact strip material is welded onto the base material and cut without protruding from the base material, so the contact surface and welding An electrical contact having a contact point with a wide surface is obtained, and the bonding strength of the contact point is high and stable.

。In addition, since either the upper or lower blade of the cutter that cuts the contact strip material is replaced with the corner of the base material, there is no need to worry about wear of one of the blades, and therefore, when the cutter is worn or damaged, it Since only one blade, that is, the cutter die, needs to be replaced without having to replace the double blades of the cutter as in the case of the above method, there is an advantage that it does not take much time to set up the cutter, and the working time can be greatly shortened.
