Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は軽量な上に材質を強化すると共に、外観を優美に
高級化した折箱用材に関し、特有の木材色に適合した着
色を施した、発泡スチロール１を芯材として外面に木目
を印刷した紙２と、内面に良質の薄木板３を貼着したも
のである。
従来不良の芯材の外面に紙を貼り、内面に良材の薄板を
接着して構成した折箱材は公知であるが、優美さの点に
於いて欠けるところがあったのみならず、量目が重くな
る欠点があったが、本案はこの欠点を除去したものであ
って上記のような構造である。
即ちその作用を述べるに、芯材に発泡スチロール１を使
用した結果非常に軽量となると共に、この発泡スチロー
ル１に折箱として優秀な各材特有の木材色に相当する着
色を施してその内面に良材の薄木板３を貼着したため、
発泡スチロール１の着色が薄板３を透して外見に現われ
、優美な良材の色相風格を発揮し、その品位を高める効
果があり、更に内面の薄木板３と外面の紙２とにより発
泡スチロール１は良好な張力を保持し、折箱材として必
要な強度に強化されるものであって有用な考案である。

第１図は本案折箱材の外面図、第２図は断面図である。 符号、１は発泡スチロール、２は紙、３は薄木板。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 特有の木材色に適合した着色を施した、発泡スチロール
    １を芯材として外面に木目を印刷した紙２と、内面に良
    質の薄木板３を貼着して戊る折箱用材。
