    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の電源のうちいずれか１つまたは全部の電源に同時
    にサージ電圧が印加された時にサージ電圧が加わったこ
    とを示す短絡出力全発生するサージ電圧検出回路と、こ
    のサージ電圧検出回路からの出力信号が供給された時に
    前記複数の電源に接がれたパワートランジスタおよびそ
    のドライブトランジスタのエミッタ・コレクタ間電圧が
    所定値以下となるように構成されたトランジスタ回路と
    を備えたことを特徴とするブレークダウン保護回路。
