【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は木質基板を使用した建築用下地材の改良に関す

従来、合板の様な木質系建築用板をプレハブ住宅の壁面
その他に使用して更にその上にモルタル施工を行なう場

ルを塗工してからモルタルを塗工して不燃構造としてい
たのであるが、上記防水シート及びラスの貼着に手数と

ると共に防水層の存在によって腐朽等の恐れもなく、極
