Conventionally, sound insulation sheets are made of sound insulation materials such as rubber or polyvinyl chloride, and are pasted with non-woven fabric to prevent expansion and contraction.
Generally, they are used by pasting them on the floor, but in that case, adhesives are generally required, and the accompanying curing and drying time is required. Furthermore, when applying a sound insulation sheet to a finished interior surface, it is necessary to laminate a decorative sheet on top of the sound insulation sheet, making it difficult to obtain a good finish and requiring a long construction time.

美装性が損なわれるという問題もあつた。 Some conventional sound insulation sheets have adhesive properties that eliminate the need to use adhesives to install them, but even with these sound insulation sheets, the walls When applying a decorative finish such as, it is necessary to attach a decorative sheet using adhesive or the like, which also requires a long curing and drying time, so it is not possible to improve construction efficiency much. . Furthermore, when a decorative sheet is laminated directly on the surface of a base material made of a mixture of rubber and asphalt, the tar content in the asphalt oozes out, causing beautiful, decorative, and colored patterns to appear on the surface of the decorative sheet. There was also the problem that the decorative sheet had an adverse effect on the appearance of the decorative sheet, resulting in a poor finished appearance and impairing the beauty of the decorative sheet.

This idea uses a sheet-like mixture of rubber and asphalt as a base material, the surface of this base material is an adhesive surface, a nonwoven fabric is embedded in the base material, and one side of the base material has an adhesive surface. The gist of the invention is a sound insulating sheet characterized in that a decorative sheet is laminated on top of the base sheet via a base sheet. In other words, since the sound insulation sheet of this invention is made of an adhesive material, no adhesive is required when pasting it on walls, ceilings, floors, etc.

is a base material formed into a sheet by mixing rubber and asphalt, and the mixing ratio of rubber and asphalt is determined mainly in consideration of sound insulation properties, adhesive properties, etc., and is not particularly limited. Since the material made of such a combination has both sound insulating properties and adhesive properties, the surface of the base material becomes an adhesive surface 2.

If the decorative sheet 6 is laminated directly on the surface of the base material, tar content in the base material asphalt will seep out and affect the decorative sheet 6 on the surface, so in order to prevent this, between the base material 1 and the decorative sheet 6. A base sheet 5 is interposed therebetween. The material of the base sheet 5 is
There are no particular restrictions on the material as long as it prevents tar content from seeping out, but examples include aluminum and synthetic resins. The material of the decorative sheet 6 is not particularly limited, and may be wood (such as decorative veneer), synthetic resin, or cloth. The decorative sheet 6 has the function of not only providing a decorative finish to the surface but also ensuring dimensional stability of the entire sound insulating sheet.

This device is constructed as described above, and since the surface of the base material is an adhesive surface, there is no need for adhesive when pasting it on walls, ceilings, floors, etc. , drying time is no longer necessary. Furthermore, since the base material itself has adhesive properties, it can be evenly integrated with walls, ceilings, floors, etc.

With extremely simple work, it is possible to install the sound insulation sheet and finish the interior with a decorative sheet at the same time, eliminating the need for adhesive curing and drying time at all. Conventionally, pasting a decorative sheet on top of the sound insulation sheet pasted at the construction site requires considerable skill, takes a long time, and tends to result in uneven finishes. If the sound insulating sheet is laminated with a decorative sheet at the manufacturing stage, the integrity of the sound insulating sheet and the decorative sheet will be very good, simplifying the work at the construction site, and improving the finish.

シートによる内装仕上がりの外観が悪くなる。 The asphalt in the base material is a very important material in order to give the sound insulation sheet appropriate sound insulation properties and adhesiveness, but if the tar content contained in the asphalt oozes out to the decorative surface, it will cause a beautiful decoration. It has a negative effect on decorative sheets with patterns or colors, and the appearance of the interior finished with the decorative sheet deteriorates.

A finished surface can be obtained.
