。The heat exchanger of the present invention is a heat exchanger in which a heat medium liquid for heating is circulated inside an inner tube, and a liquid to be heated is in contact with the outside of an outer tube. The space between the inner surfaces is filled with an intermediate heat medium such as water to increase the heat conduction of this space, which significantly increases heat exchange efficiency, and requires a heat exchanger to obtain the same amount of heat exchange as conventional methods. It can be made small, therefore it can be obtained at low cost, and since the structure is simple, there is no failure and high reliability, and it has a great practical effect.

Maintenance and management is also easy.
