If these wires with different tensions are twisted together as they are, the balance of the wires at the twisting end will be disrupted, resulting in wavy or uneven strands, or loosely twisted wires. Put it away. Therefore, in order to keep the tension of these strands constant and obtain uniform and smooth stranded wires, a method has been adopted in which the stranding device attaches a brake to each bobbin to add back tension to the strands. .

However, as the drawing of the strands progresses, the winding radius of the strands on the bobbin gradually decreases and the back tension of the strands increases, making it difficult to equalize the back tension of the strands, and the bobbin brake The operation of adjusting the back tension of the strands to make the back tension of the strands uniform often depends on the intuition of a skilled worker, and if performed by an unskilled worker, there is a problem that a high proportion of defective products will be produced. Furthermore, recently, some devices are equipped with a mechanism for remote control using an electromagnetic brake or the like.

A device with this mechanism allows brake adjustment to be made while observing the twisting process, but a device for remote control requires a complicated mechanism and is very expensive. In addition to the above-mentioned method, methods such as wrapping a cinnabar in front of the twisting part are also used, but this also causes the cinnabar to wear out or become loose, causing undulations, unevenness, and folds. cannot be completely prevented.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a twisted wire device that can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and reliably prevent the occurrence of undulations, unevenness, and laughter.

One end of the die holder 7 is fixed to the batten 3 with bolts or the like. The other end of the die holder r is disk-shaped. A number of die holding holes 8 corresponding to the number of strands required for the stranded wire are provided at equal intervals on the disk-shaped outer periphery of the die holder 7. The center axis of this die holding hole 8 coincides with the running direction of the strands from the batten 3 to the twisted end portion 4. Further, the portion of the die holding hole 8 that receives the die 9 has a spherical shape. At the same time, the die 9 that is fitted into the die holding hole 8 has a spherical bottom so that it fits into the die holding hole 8. Further, the portion of the die 9 for drawing the wire is made of a cemented carbide chip 9a.
Furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of the carbide tip 9a of the die 9 in the wire drawing direction is arcuate. The production of stranded wire using the stranding device of the present invention configured as described above will be explained.

The strands distributed in the strand guide groove 3 a pass through a die 9 fitted in a die holder 7 and are guided to the twisted end portion 4 .
The strands guided to the twisting part 4 are twisted in a spiral shape onto the core wires that have passed through the hole in the central axis of the batten 3. The stranded wire twisted by the twisting spout 4 passes through a bow-stripping machine 5 and is wound up by a winding machine 6. In this manner, in the wire twisting device described above, each strand is drawn by the die 9 before entering the twisting port 4. As a result, each strand is twisted under uniform tension, so the twisting part 4
The unbalance of the mutual contact between the strands is reduced, and stranded wires without waviness or unevenness can be twisted. In addition, each strand is twisted under uniform tension, resulting in a stranded wire that is hard and free of twists. The hardness of the twist can be adjusted by changing the cross-sectional area reduction rate of the die 9. Since the distance between the battens 3 and the twisting end portion 4 usually differs depending on the twisted wire size, the twisting angle between the core wire and the strands changes. Since the die 9 serves as a die receiving part, the center axis of the die 9 can always be automatically aligned with the running direction of the strand. In this way, the die 9 can change the stranded wire size and align the center axis of the die 9 with the batten 3 and the stranded end part 4. The central axis of the die 9 is made to coincide with the running direction of the strands even if the interval between the strands changes, so that the strands of the stranded wire can be twisted within the range that allows the adjustment interval between the batten 3 and the twisting part 4. It is possible to manufacture wires of different strand sizes that can follow changes in pitch. In addition, in the above embodiment, the die holder was attached to the twisting end side of the batten and the die for drawing the wire was provided between the batten and the twisting end, but the die holder was installed in a bracket separate from the batten. The above-mentioned die may be fixedly provided between the batten and the twisting part, or the die may be provided by providing a die holding hole in the batten itself and fitting the above-mentioned die into it without using a die holder. Even if a die is provided, each strand drawn with the die can be guided with constant and uniform tension to the twisting end without contacting the battens or other guides, etc. as in the above embodiment.〇 or more As explained in detail, the wire twisting device of the present invention is provided with a die for drawing each strand between the batten or the batten and the twisting port, so that the tension of each strand passing through the batten is reduced. Since the strands easily become constant and uniform, and each strand is twisted in this state, it is possible to obtain a stable stranded wire with no curls, irregularities, or curls, and a hard twist quality.

In addition, since a wire drawing die is used to equalize the tension of the wire passing through the batten, the die can be easily and quickly installed at the batten or between the batten and the twisting end. Even if the winding radius of the bobbin decreases as the wire is drawn out, there is no need for troublesome control to adjust the braking force of the bobbin.
The structure, operation and maintenance of the stranded wire device are simple and easy.
Moreover, it has practical effects such as being able to manufacture a twisted wire device at low cost.
