った。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing pottery that can be completed in a short period of time from molding to completion in pottery art. In the traditional pottery manufacturing process, large thick-walled items such as braziers are glazed without being bisque-fired, but thin-walled items such as tea bowls expand due to moisture absorption when glazed. , there is a risk of it breaking, and to prevent this, bisque firing is normally performed, and for this purpose, the molded base must be completely dried, and in order to give it a finished finish, it is necessary to heat it temporarily. It has to be dried to the appropriate hardness, and all of this takes a lot of time, especially for molding, finishing, glazing, biscuit firing, etc. in pottery classes, etc., which requires 3 to 5 visits. Without it, I would not have been able to see the finished work.

Using clay mixed with a ratio of 1096 as raw material, we handmade a round ashtray with a diameter of 150 rIn and a thickness of 10 mm and a matcha tea bowl with a diameter of 120 mm, and put them in a microwave wrench (1,030 W) without drying them.
The material was energized for 30 minutes to reach the appropriate hardness for finishing. Since the electronic wrench heats the inside evenly, it dries uniformly in a short time, and the present inventor discovered this effect in pottery and was the first to utilize it.

Then, the switch was turned on, and after 30 minutes had elapsed, the sample was taken out and left to cool naturally for 10 minutes. The work remained absorbent and did not break even when water was poured into it.

It was taken out from the electric toad and allowed to cool naturally.

The time was 30 minutes. Traditionally, when performing bisque firing, the temperature is raised to about 800 degrees Celsius, but if the temperature is raised too quickly, the surface of the work will suddenly expand and break. In short, since thermoplastic plastic is mixed into the clay in the present invention, it can withstand sudden temperature rises and complete bisque firing at 200 degrees Celsius, which significantly shortens the time required. Even when performing hon-yaki, the temperature is between 200℃ and 70℃.
At 0 degrees Celsius, the plastic in the piece carbonizes and burns, forming small cavities that can easily withstand damage from sudden heat spikes, resulting in faster firing times than traditional pottery. . Also, glazes usually begin to melt at temperatures above 800 degrees Celsius, so there are no negative effects from burning the plastic.

Of course, if you have time, you can harden it by air drying and wipe it off with a microwave wrench, or you can air dry it before bisque firing in the oven.
