Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は包装用罐に関し、さらに詳しくは食品その他の
収容物を密封包装且つ貯蔵機能を合せ持つ罐に係る。
近年各種の食料品や飲料水さらにはワックス、オイル等
の工業用液剤の罐詰化が急増し、全国的に広く市販され
て供されている。
それにともない使用済み後の罐が布中随所に投棄されて
散乱し、深刻な空罐公害を起こして社会問題化しており
、特に公園や観光地、山等では著しく美観を損われしめ
ている。
その要因としては、罐が材料的、構造的に常人の力では
潰し得ない為、使用済み後も容積が変らず嵩ぼり、配送
時と回収時と同じ輸送能力を必要として回収効率が極め
て低いこと等であり、そのため空罐をプレスして圧潰す
る機械まで市販されているが、機械が高価であり、その
維持管理面でも経済的でなく、空罐公害を解消する有効
な手段の出現が望まれていた。
本考案は斜上の有効な手段を遠戚したものであり、以下
図面に基づいてその実施の一例を詳細に説明する。
罐本体Ａはアルミニウム材、ステンレス材、合成樹脂材
等を用いて截頭円錐形又は戴頭角錐形又はこれらに類す
る形態のスリーピース又は図面のツーピース形態に密封
させて成型し、閉憲１の周縁には摘み２に切取られ得る
リング状口部３を設ける一方、はぼ同一肉厚の周側壁に
は略階段状の収縮壁部４を多重状（第１図）又は螺旋状
に形成する。
罐本体Ａの周側壁を構成する収縮壁部４は略水平状壁部
イと略鉛直状壁部口とを交互に連成せしめて略階段状に
形成し、上記略水平状壁部イは水平状（第１図）或いは
半円状（第５図）若しくはこれらに類する形に成型し、
略鉛直状壁部口は垂直状又は第１図に示す如く板厚＋α
分の水平中が上下位置間に存在するように傾斜させて成
型せしめ、蓋１の被装着前における容体Ａ′のみの重積
を可能にして運搬容易にする。
また略水平状壁部イと略鉛直状壁部口との連成部ａは角
状（第１図および第５図）、又は外向き円弧状（第６図
）、又は内向き円弧状（第７図）等になし、且つ両段部
１９口の比率寸法は任意であり、図面に示す比に限定さ
れない（第８図）。
したがって本考案によれば、圧潰時にはその圧力が各連
成部ａ・・・・・・に応力集中して略水平状壁部イと略
鉛直状壁部とが上記各連或部ａ個所から屈曲するをもっ
て、収縮壁部４は第１図の斜め状がら第４図の水平状に
重合する如く収縮して圧潰した。
本考案は以上のようにして、硬質部材で洞−肉厚である
通常の円筒又は角筒状の罐では常人の力で到底圧潰不可
能である。
押圧して容易に扁平状に圧潰できた。
それにより水産物、畜産物、農産物、ジュースその他の
特殊罐詰用に最適であり、食品詰め、脱気、密封、殺菌
、冷却して、食品を衛生安全に包装且つ貯蔵できるもの
であり、そして開蓋して食品を取出した後には圧潰して
実質体積近くに収縮できてゴミ箱等へ捨てる時の嵩ばり
をなくし、空容器を溶解再利用すべく回収するときの集
荷効率を向上させて輸送手段の省力化および人的、コス
ト的軽減を計り且つ空容器の山、海、公園、布中散乱を
解消して循環衛生を遠戚した種々の技術的経済効果を有
するものである。
さらに罐本体はプレス成型で簡単にでき、低廉、安価で
あった。

第１図は本考案容器の一実施例を示す正面図で左半を断
面した。 第２図は半切平面図。第３図は半切底面図。 第４図は圧潰せしめた状態の正面図で左半を断面した。 第５図乃至第８図は他の実施例を示す半切正面図で一部
切欠した。 図中 Ａは罐本体、１は閉蓋、４は収縮壁部、イは略水
平状壁部、口は略鉛直状壁部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 罐本体が閉蓋で密封されている包装用罐において、罐本
    体を大略錐台形状に硬質部材で成形すると共にその周側
    壁には交互に遠戚する同一肉厚の略水平状壁部と略鉛直
    状壁部とからなる収縮壁部４を形成してなる包装用罐。
