Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は上面に感熱発色剤を塗膜１してラベル主紙２を
形成し下面紙３上にも感熱発色剤の膜面４を設け、これ
の上にシリコンフィルム５を定着して剥離用紙を形成し
ラベル主紙２下面の末乾燥糊面６とシリコンフィルム５
のシリコン膜面５’を仮着した貼着ラベル主紙に係る。
添付図面符号のＴはラベル主紙２上の印刷枠乃至は印字
で、これらの全部を感熱表示とするが一部は一般の印刷
表示とするかは自由とし８は剥離用紙の切取りミシン目
である。
本発明は以上の構成によつて成り、これの作用効果を説
明すると第２図示のラベル主紙２の上方から適当方法に
よつて加熱した鉄芯又は活字を、その感熱発色剤による
塗膜１に叩き接触さすと塗膜１内には鉄芯又は活字の持
つ枠又は文字が直ちに表示せられ、この加熱がラベル主
紙２とシリコンフィルム５を通して下面紙３上の感熱発
色剤の膜面４に伝わると、その膜面４内にも上記ラベル
主紙２上と同−の枠又は文字が複写的に表示せられ、こ
の同一表示の形は第１図左側方のラベル主紙２と剥離用
紙を分離した状態図にみられるが如きで、この分離はラ
ベル主紙２下面の末乾燥糊面６とシリコンフィルム５の
シリコン膜面５’との仮着によつて一般の剥離紙とラベ
ル主紙の仮着分離と等しく可能で分離されたラベル主紙
２は下面末乾燥糊面６を利用して目的商品などの任意個
処に糊着させて普通の如〈に使用し分離された在来の一
般剥離紙は他目的に再使用されることなく反故紙として
放棄されていたが本発明の剥離用紙は第１図示の如くラ
ベル主紙２上文字と同じ文字の複写になつているから第
２図示の切取りミシン目８から切り離し下面に糊付けを
してラベル主紙２と同じ目的用の使用が可能で、この使
用形とは別に糊付けをせずに溶着完封をしたポリ袋内に
収納商品と同納をし袋の外面には一般通りにラベル主紙
２を糊着すると、例えば表示文字が製造年月日であつた
とき袋外面のラベル主紙２は貼り換えが出来るから別日
付を書き込んだ別のラベル主紙との貼り換えをしようと
しても袋内の同納票は取り換えが出来ず日付の不一致は
あとで直ぐ判るから上のような不正な取り換えの防止用
にも使用が出来る。
上記の如く剥離用紙単票には反故放棄をしていた在来の
剥離紙を再使用し得るようにしたことと感熱発色剤面に
は在来の如きカーボン又はインキ液を使用しないことと
使用の前後にインキ液又はカーボンが接触して印字紙を
汚染させることもなくし、さらにカーボン紙の取り換え
インキ液補充の中間手数をもなくした効果がある。

第１図は本発明に係るラベル主紙の側面図、第２図は第
１図の上面図、第３図は第１図Ａ−Ａ線の拡大断面図で
あり、第４図ないし第６図は変形例を示す図で、第４図
はその平面図、第５図はその要部の平面図、第６図はそ
の断面図である。 １・・・塗膜、２，２′・・・ラベル主紙、３・・・下
面紙、４・・・膜面、５・・・シリコンフイルム、５′
・・・シリコン膜面、６・・・末乾燥糊面。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 上面に感熱発色剤を塗膜してラベル主紙を形成し下
    面紙上にも感熱発色剤の膜面を設け、これの上にシリコ
    ンフィルムを定着して剥離用紙を形成しラベル主紙下面
    の未乾燥糊面とシリコンフィルムのシリコン膜面を仮着
    したことを特徴とする貼着ラベル主紙。
