要部の断面図および平面図である。 図中、３は弁筺、４は弁座、５はダイヤフラム、６はガ
ス入口、７は弁体、８は弁室、１４は邪魔板、１５は変
流筒、１５ａはガス流出口縁である、なお、図中の同一
符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）弁座に動台させた弁体と、この弁体を支承するダ
    イヤフラムとで内部にガス供給用弁室が形成され、付勢
    電磁コイルにより前記弁体を制御して前記弁座と弁体の
    間の開度を比例的に制御する比例制御弁装置において、
    前記ガス供給用弁室内に、前記弁体に向う供給ガス流の
    動圧消去体を設けたことを特徴とする比例制御弁装置。
  2. （２）弁筺内の弁体に向う供給ガス流の動圧消去体を、
    前記弁筺のガス供給用弁室内へのガス入口に対設され流
    入ガス流と衝突する邪魔板で構成したことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の比例制御弁装
    置。
  3. （３）　　弁筺内の弁体に向う供給ガス流の動圧消去体
    を、前記弁筺のガス供給用弁室内へのガス入口にその外
    周壁が対設され、かつ前記弁体の弁座にそのガス流出口
    縁を気密に尚接させた変流筒で構成したことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の比例制御弁
    装置。
