Claims (1)

の変換機構を設け、前記本体の少なくとも一側部に受圧
ダイアフラムを備えた受圧部を設け、前記本体及び受圧
部内部にそれぞれ封入流体を充填し、前記受圧ダイアフ
ラムに加えられる測定圧力を前記封入流体を介して前記
測定ダイアフラムに伝達するようにした差圧伝送器にお
いて、前記本体の一側部に保護ダイアフラムを設け、こ
の保護ダイアフラムの内面側の空間を前記本体内部の室
と連通せしめ、前記保護ダイアフラムの外面側の空間を
前記受圧部の内部空間と連通せしめることにより、前記
測定グイ、アフラムの変形に伴う前記本体内部及び受圧
部内部の封入流体の移動可能な量を増大し、かっ受圧ダ
イアフラムに許容される変位量を規制することにより
−測定ダイアフラムに加えられる圧力を所定値以下に抑
