ールダイアフラムと、前記受圧部本体内部に前記受圧室
にそれぞれ連通する隔離室を形成する中央ダイアフラム
とを有する受圧部と、流体の圧力を差圧センサに導く導
圧路と、差圧センサを有する差圧検出部と前記差圧セン
サの両面に流体圧力が導かれる空間に絶縁性があり非圧
縮性の封入液を封入した差圧伝送器において、受圧室と
過負荷保護室に連通している導圧路に交差した穴に、ク
リアランスをもたせた固定ダンパを挿入したことを特徴
