ディの内部に圧力検出室が、両側部のフランジとの間に
高圧室と低圧室とがそれぞれ形成されると共に、この圧
力検出室と高圧室及び低圧室とがボディに穿設された連
通路により接続される一方、前記圧力検出室に半導体圧
力センサが板バネにより支持されてこの圧力検出室が高
圧側と低圧側とに区画され、前記高圧室と低圧室にシー
ルダイヤフラムが張設され、このシールダイヤフラムの
ボディ側に封入液が前記圧力検出室に亘って封入されて
成り、オーバレンジ圧力の作用時に前記板バネがバネ力
