ダイアフラムに基準圧を加え、他方のダイアフラムの外
側に室を設け、液位を測定するタンクに取り付けられた
接液ユニットとこの室とを接続し、上記接液ユニットの
接液ダイアフラムで受圧した圧力を上記接液ユニット内
の封液を介し上記差圧伝送器の他方のダイアフラムに加
え、上記タンク内の液位に対応する圧力を検出するよう
にした液位伝送器において、上記差圧伝送器の両側のダ
イアフラムの特性に差を持たせ、上記接液ユニット内の
封液の温度変化に伴う体積変化による影響を打ち消す反
対の温度特性を上記差圧伝送器に持たせたことを特徴と
