Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A measurement chamber provided in the main body podium and partitioned by a measurement diaphragm into a first measurement chamber and a second measurement chamber, and a first seal provided at an equal distance from a measurement diaphragm surface on one side of the measurement diaphragm of the main body podium. A first pressure receiving chamber and a second pressure receiving chamber are partitioned into a pressure receiving chamber and a pressure impulse chamber by a diaphragm, and a first pressure receiving chamber is partitioned into a pressure receiving chamber and a pressure impulse chamber by a second seal diaphragm, with the surface of the measuring diaphragm being a plane of symmetry. A third pressure receiving chamber and a second pressure receiving chamber are provided symmetrically to the pressure receiving chamber.
A fourth pressure receiving chamber provided symmetrically with respect to the pressure receiving chamber, and a first measuring chamber communicating with the pressure chambers of the first and fourth pressure receiving chambers.
A differential pressure measuring device comprising: a communication pipe; and a second communication pipe that communicates the second measurement chamber with pressure guiding chambers of the second and third pressure receiving chambers.
