開閉弁を第１の負圧切替弁を介して大気あるいは負圧領
域に選択的に連結せしめられる負圧作動式アクチュエー
タにより作動せしめるようにし、更に上記第１負圧切替
弁から負圧作動式アクチュエータに至る負圧管路にエン
ジン回転数に応じて該負圧管路をエアブリードする第２
の負圧切替弁を設けたことを特徴とするディーゼルエン
