By the way, to explain a typical conventional daylighting dome by taking a case where it is installed on a folded roof, for example, it uses a molded daylighting material 101 pre-shaped into a predetermined dome shape as shown in Figure 1. In some cases, the lighting material 201 is formed into a predetermined dome shape and attached to the roof at the construction site as shown in FIG.

That is, the daylighting dome shown in FIG. 1 has, as a daylighting material, a wavy, semi-cylindrical short molded daylighting material 101 made of synthetic resin such as acrylic and having horizontal mounting edges 102° 102 on both sides in the width direction.・Using multiple pieces, this lighting material 101...

However, since all of these daylighting domes connect short lengths of daylighting material 101 or 201, if sufficient measures are not taken to prevent water leakage at the connection points, rain may leak, especially during heavy rain or downpours. It has the disadvantage of causing
Therefore, it is necessary to connect the lighting material while taking measures to prevent water leakage, such as interposing a suitable leakage prevention material such as a seal, and this connection work is surprisingly troublesome.

This problem arises when constructing a long-length daylighting dome.
This cannot be ignored because the number of connections of lighting materials increases, and it is inevitable that construction efficiency will be considerably reduced.

主な理由であると思われる。
That is, (a) in the case of the molded daylighting material 101 as shown in Fig. 1, it is impossible to obtain a long daylighting material because there is a limit to the size of the mold; (b) Fig. 2 In the case of the concave plate-shaped daylighting material 201, although it is said that a long daylighting material can be obtained by continuous molding, such daylighting material has a bent edge 202 at the side end in the width direction and cannot be rolled. (C) Even if long daylighting materials are used, they must be cut to a size that can be loaded onto a truck bed, etc., since they must be transported to the dome construction site in their concave shape. Even if such long daylighting materials are obtained, the longer they are, the more difficult they are to handle, and with conventional dome construction methods, positioning and installation of the daylighting materials are time-consuming, making it difficult to substantially improve construction efficiency, etc. This seems to be the main reason why long domes with daylighting are actually difficult to construct.

In addition, in this daylighting dome, there are no members connecting the bridge frames 5 at the peak parts 311 and 321 of the folded roofs 31 and 32, but this will improve the installation strength and prevent leakage. If necessary, the bridging frame 5 as shown in FIG.
A long fixture 54 with the same cross-sectional shape as the one welded to the bridge frame 5 is inserted between the peaks 31L and 321 between the peaks 31L and 321, and the skeleton with the long fixtures 54 attached and fixed to the peaks 311 and 321 is inserted. If the lighting material 1 is attached and fixed to the long fixture 54, the folded roof 31, 32 and the lighting material 1 will be in close contact with each other over the entire length of the folded roof 31, 32 by the long fixture 54, completely preventing rain leakage. prevention and increase installation strength.

As described above, according to the lighting dome construction method of the present invention,
A temporary fixture for positioning the daylighting material is installed and fixed at one end in the width direction of the dome construction area, and the long plate-like daylighting material that has been selected for the construction site in a rolled state is unwound or rolled. After returning the lighting material, one side edge in the width direction of the lighting material is temporarily fixed with the temporary fastener to position the entire lighting material, making it easy to handle and transport even though it is a long lighting material. Even one worker can quickly and accurately position the lighting material.

Then, in this temporarily fixed state, the temporarily fixed edge of the daylighting material is attached and fixed to one end of the construction area, and then an external force is applied to the opposite edge of the daylighting material to tighten the daylighting material. Since it is curved in the width direction and the opposite edge is attached and fixed to the opposite end of the construction site, it is possible to quickly fix the lighting material board over the entire length without causing any displacement of the lighting material, which is different from conventional methods. The troublesome method of connecting short daylighting materials one by one through leakage prevention material and positioning them while fixing them,
Complexity can be sufficiently eliminated.

In addition, since the daylighting dome constructed by the method of the present invention has a long daylighting material and no opening, there is no need to worry about rain leakage like in conventional domes, and there is no need for a leakage prevention material. It is possible to save materials and is economically advantageous.

1. At one end in the width direction of the area where a long daylighting dome is to be constructed, a temporary fixture for positioning the lighting material or a lighting fixture with which the temporary fixture is integrally formed is installed and fixed, and the winding is done. While or after unwinding the long plate-shaped daylighting material that has been transported to the construction site in a rolled state, one side edge of the daylighting material in the width direction is temporarily fastened with the above-mentioned temporary fixing tool. The entire lighting fixture is positioned, and then the edge of one side of the lighting material is attached and fixed to one end of the above-mentioned construction area, and then an external force is applied to the opposite edge of the lighting material to tighten the lighting material. A method of constructing a daylighting dome, which comprises curving it in the width direction and attaching and fixing the opposite edge to the opposite end of the construction location.
