Through research into printing ink, plate making, manuscripts, etc., we are now able to produce products that are quite similar to natural wood. However, it is not possible to express the subtle luster of natural wood or the structure of the spring wood. For example, there is a technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 119814/1983 to express the straight grain of cedar more clearly than currently possible. This means that if you print the straight grain of cedar on a raw material that is pasted with rayon threads aligned uniformly in the same direction, you can obtain something that is quite similar to natural wood. The combined sheet is highly praised for its design effect. However, the use of such a raw fabric results in an expensive product, making it unsuitable for markets such as building materials, where products must be provided in large quantities and at low prices. Unstretched foamed olefin sheets have a luster similar to the skin of wood, and a method of utilizing this is also known.

However, in the film produced by foaming this foamed olefin synthetic resin using a T-die, 5 to 30% of the foam is produced in the longitudinal direction.
When stretched back and forth, the effect is similar to that of a sheet made of the rayon threads aligned in the same direction, and combined with the texture of the spring wood of natural wood due to foaming, the material has a texture and luster that are extremely close to those of natural wood. Another advantage is that the appearance of the film can be freely adjusted by adjusting the foaming and stretching, and the surface irregularities can be seen, making it suitable for printing. Since the method for producing this stretched expanded olefin film is already a known technique, such a sheet can be easily obtained. The present invention provides an extremely inexpensive and simple decorative board using such a stretched foamed olefin sheet. Print wood grain etc. on a stretched polyolefin sheet and laminate a transparent film on the surface, or provide a transparent synthetic resin paint layer instead of this film, or print wood grain etc. on the raw stretched polyolefin sheet. A back-printed transparent film is adhesively laminated and then adhered to a base material such as plywood or particle board to form a decorative board. Alternatively, if the laminate sheet is lined with a PVC sheet, paper, etc. before being attached to the decorative board, it can be used as a plywood sheet for construction because the tear strength in the vertical direction is increased, and it can be bent easily. It becomes possible. The physical properties of the entire sheet can be improved by using, for example, paper impregnated with acrylic synthetic resin latex or a paper produced by a mixed papermaking method in which a cationic resin is added internally during papermaking as the backing material. To further explain the present invention with reference to figures, FIGS. 1 to 3 are explanatory views showing partial cross sections of the decorative laminate of the present invention.
In the figure, 1 is a 0.3 to 0.05% transparent plastic film, and polyvinyl chloride is often used.

This solid printing uses a colored cedar background color,
The ink used for this printing uses a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer with a polymerization degree of about 800 as a binder, and highly transparent organic and inorganic colorants. MEKl toluene was used as the solvent. Next, when laminating the printed PVC film and the stretched polyolefin sheet, an anchoring agent is applied to the polyolefin sheet in advance at a rate of 5f/R.
r? (dry amount) using a gravure coat, then apply adhesive on top of it to an amount of approximately 10fZ' (dry amount), and continuously integrate the vinyl chloride film with a roll press with the printing side facing the adhesive. Dry in a dryer with a circumference of 3 m kept at 40°C, and then dry this integrated sheet for 3
A decorative board having a cross section as shown in FIG. 1 was obtained by continuously laminating a lauan plywood board having a thickness of 100 cm with an adhesive. The polyolefin foam sheet used here is obtained by extruding it from a die and stretching it in the machine direction (especially, a sheet stretched by 5 to 30% is most suitable).
At this time, the surface gives the impression that thin threads are stretched in the same direction and lined up, giving the appearance of a structure similar to that seen in the springs and timbers of cedar and cypress, and exhibiting beautiful skin and texture.

The thickness of the sheet is 0.11! I used the one from This decorative board gave a more natural wood feel than conventional boards. Example 2 A colored transparent resin was gravure-coated on the same foamed polyolefin sheet with about 8% stretching as used in Example 1, and then the ground color of Japanese cypress was printed solidly on the first color, 2 and 3. , The fourth color is printed in the order of base pattern, medium pattern, and bone pattern, and on top of this, transparent urethane resin is applied at 10fAr? (
Gravure coating was performed at the ratio of dry amount).

At this time, the foamed polyolefin sheet was previously subjected to a corona discharge treatment of 54 tar, and the ink used was LPtone manufactured by Toyo Ink Co., Ltd. It is customary to include pigments that have transparent properties in the ink. The urethane coating was applied simultaneously with printing using a 120-wire, 70μ pyramid-shaped engraving plate. 31 print sheets coated in this way! A decorative board was obtained by laminating it with adhesive to lauan plywood with a thickness of . The decorative board showed the same effect as Example 1. Its cross section is as shown in FIG. Example 3 The same printing coat as in Example 2 was applied to the same 8% stretched polyolefin foam sheet as used in Examples 1 and 2,
Next, a 40f bleached kraft pulp-based paper was lined with an adhesive.

The amount of adhesive applied was 20 fZd (dry amount). This was then integrated with roll phrase by applying adhesive to the base material of lauan plywood. When paper is present under the foamed polypropylene sheet, the tear strength in the longitudinal direction increases, so it can be used as a feature sheet and can be bent. The paper used for backing is, for example, resin-impregnated paper (acrylic synthetic resin latex) or paper with a synthetic resin internal coating such as epoxy or vinyl acetate, which gives the surface a subtle luster and depth. FIG. 3 shows a cross section in this case. As described above, the decorative laminate according to the present invention gives an image of an extremely high-class product, and it can be easily manufactured at an extremely low cost even though it requires a complicated process like conventional high-end products, and is similar to expensive decorative laminates. It became like that.
