    記プランジャーの外周をシールする主パツキンが前記シ
    リンダー内に位置決め配設されて、　　　いるプランジ
    ャーポンプにおいて、前記プランジャーが出入りする前
    記シリンダーの端面にキャップが液密に装着され、前記
    キャップの前記プランジャー貫通部分に補助パツキンが
    配設され、前記シリンダーの端面と前記キャップとの間
    に、前記主パツキンの外面側に洗浄液を流す洗浄液の流
    路が形成されていることを特徴とするプランジャーポン
    プ。
