PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration of a luggage carrier to the minimum by inserting a coil spring between the suspension-type upper and lower brackets. CONSTITUTION:A suspension-type anti-vibration device is constituted with an upper bracket 21 fitted to a chassis frame 2 with fitting bolts and nuts 25, a lower bracket 22 fitted to a vertical joist 13 fixed to a horizontal joist 12 with fitting bolts and nuts 26, and a coil spring fitted between the upper bracket 21 and the lower bracket 22. When luggages are loaded on a truck luggage carrier, the coil spring 23 is pulled downward, and the whole luggage carrier is lowered downward. At this time, the position of the upper bracket 21 fixed to the chaissis frame 2 is stable. When a shock is applied to the chassis frame 2 during the travel, the coil spring 23 located in the middle mitigates most of the shock force.
