Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a direct viewing telescope which facilitates the capture of a target of observation by arranging a coaxial direct viewing erect prism at the camera mount part of an interchangeable lens for a single-lens reflex camera and an eyepiece lens behind it. CONSTITUTION:The coaxial direct viewing erect prism consists of two triangular prisms stacked on a principal optical axis in a Z shape so that respective end surfaces are perpendicular to the principal optical axis and the 3rd surface of one prism is in a roof shape, and reflects and projects incident light so that it forms a direct vision erect image. In this case, a compensating lens 5 having negative refracting power is interposed for back compensation between the erect prism 4 and interchangeable lens 1, preventing such trouble that the light beam passed through the interchangeable lens 1 forms an image in the coaxial direct viewing erect prism 4. Thus, a coaxial direct viewing compact attachment for a telescope which facilitates the capture of a target through the interchangeable lens is obtained.

As shown in Fig. 1, the conventional type is a curved view type consisting of a single right-angle roof prism 2 and an eyepiece lens 3 placed behind an interchangeable lens 1 for a single-lens reflex camera, but it has the disadvantage that it is difficult to capture the observation target. was there. In order to eliminate this drawback, the present invention is configured to be of a direct view type.

The present invention is characterized by an attachment device which is removably attached to the camera attachment part of an interchangeable lens for an eye reflex camera and has a coaxial direct-viewing royal prism as a light receiving window and an eyepiece lens arranged behind it. The mounting portion for the interchangeable lens may be of various types, such as a push-in type or a bayonet type, but it is adapted to the target interchangeable lens. The coaxial direct-view erecting prism consists of two triangular prisms placed on the main optical axis and stacked in a Z shape, each end face being perpendicular to the main optical axis and the third face being roof-shaped, so that the incident light can be seen directly. It is reflected and emitted to form an erect image. Furthermore, the eyepiece in which the eyepiece lens is arranged may be a chestnut-shaped eyepiece, and of course, it also includes one with diopter adjustment.

In this case, in order to prevent the inconvenience that the light beam passing through the interchangeable lens 1 forms an image in the coaxial direct-viewing erecting prism 4, a compensating lens 5 with a negative refractive power is provided between the erecting prism 4 and the interchangeable lens 1. This is done through intervening back compensation.
