Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently recover an oil component in a layered form by solidifying the same from a creamy state, by providing an attachment machine to the rotatable shaft immersed in the oil component floated and gathered to a water surface by the partition plate in the vicinity of the discharge port of an oil separation tank. CONSTITUTION:Waste water enters an oil separation tank 1 from an introducing port 2 while the filth such as oil or grains of rice in water are finely divided by air bubbles 7 injected in front of a partition plate 8 provided with anotch hole 9 from the blow pipes 6 provided to the bottom part of said tank 1 through an air pipe 4 and transferred to the adjacent chamber from the notch hole 9 without being degraded by oxidation. Air is raised in the adjacent chamber partitioned by a partition plate 14 as fine air bubbles 13 from the blow pipes 12 provided to the bottom part of the tank 1 through an air pipe 10 while the oil component is raised in a state accompanied by air bubbles to be floated and gathered to water surface 3. The oil component is brought to a creamy state by an oil adhering machine 17 rotated while immersed in the oil component gathered near to the final stage and solidified with the elapse of time to be accumulated and grown on an oil adhering material in a layered form.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] In particular, the oil separated in conventional oil separation tanks has a foul odor and is difficult to dispose of, but we have developed a rotating oil depositing machine that can be easily removed and removed. The present invention relates to a device for solidifying and recovering oil in wastewater, which is used to solidify and recover oil, and which facilitates its handling.

Traditionally, wastewater from specific facilities such as cafeterias, school lunch centers, restaurants, hotels, and inns contains oil and other filth, so the Pollution Prevention Ordinance requires that the contained impurities be treated to below a certain standard value. The wastewater was led to an oil separation tank with a partition plate, where the oil floated and collected, and the oil was collected and transferred to an oil storage tank for disposal, but the oil and other filth rotted in the oil storage tank, emitting a foul odor and causing secondary pollution. I was confused by the source of this.

In addition, to clean the oil in the oil storage tank, we use a vacuum truck to pump it up and dispose of it, but the municipal treatment facility does not accept it, so we have to hire a private company and pay a high treatment fee. For small and medium-sized enterprises that are required to treat such wastewater, there is a strong desire for waste oil to be solidified in small quantities and disposed of or collected and incinerated by themselves, without storing it in oil storage tanks.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to solidify the oil from a creamy state using a rotating oil adhering machine installed at the final stage of the oil separation tank, without separating the oil in wastewater in an oil separation tank and storing it in an oil storage tank. To provide an apparatus for recovering oil from wastewater, which collects and disposes of oil by depositing it in a layer on a deposition machine.

The oil is floated to the surface by air bubbles from the bottom of the tank and collected in front of the final partition plate. The collected oil is sequentially changed from cream to solid by a rotating oil deposition machine equipped with an oil deposition material that is partially immersed therein, and is solidified and accumulated in a layer on the oil deposition material.

Air slowly rises as fine bubbles 13 through an air squib 10 into an adjacent room partitioned by a partition plate 14 from a blow-off pipe 12 at the bottom, and at this time, oil is accompanied by the bubbles and rises to separate and collect on the water surface 3. Oxygen is supplied by these air bubbles, and the generation of bad odors due to decay of organic matter is prevented.

As shown in FIG. 2, the oil adhering device 17 is attached to a shaft 20 provided with a pulley sprocket wheel (not shown), and a thick oil adhering material 22 is attached to the outer periphery of a large mounting rod 21. etc. (not shown), which can be freely attached and detached. It is convenient for water control if the rotating shaft 20 is located above the water surface 3, and a pulley (not shown)
It is better to install it outside the tank because it will not get dirty and it will be convenient to install and remove it.

There are no restrictions on the oil coating machine 17, which rotates while being immersed in the oil collected near the final stage. The oil becomes creamy, and over time it solidifies and collects in a layer on top of the oil-applied thin layer, and grows. When the solidified layer of oil becomes large, remove the oil adhesion material, remove the oil as it is, or remove only the solidified oil layer, and dispose of it, or collect and burn it as it burns well.

As mentioned above, as the oil adhering machine rotates, the oil changes from creamy to solid with the help of microorganisms and impurities in the wastewater, and naturally grows on the oil adhering material, but depending on the nature of the oil, solidification progresses slowly. Therefore, it is recommended to add a small amount of a solidification accelerator such as a coagulant. The oil content in wastewater can be solidified and recovered using a simple device, without requiring special labor.
In addition, it is possible for small and medium-sized businesses to reduce the volume by solidifying the oil content, making it easy to handle, and to dispose of or collect and incinerate without using expensive vacuum trucks. The device is simple and suitable for mass production, is easy to handle, saves labor, uses less energy, and has great effects in contributing to improved productivity in companies6.

In the oil separation tank for wastewater treatment, the oil separation tank outlet 19
A mounting rod 21 attached to a rotatable shaft 20 is immersed in oil floated and collected on the water surface 3 by a nearby partition plate 16.
It has an oil depositing machine 17 with an oil depositing material 22 provided on the outer periphery of the oil depositing machine, and the floated and aggregated oil gradually changes from a creamy state to solidification by the rotation of the oil depositing machine, while reducing its volume on the oil depositing machine. This equipment assimilates and recovers oil in wastewater, which is characterized by a structure that allows it to grow as an oil solid content and is more easily peeled off than an oil adhering machine that can be freely removed.
