Conventionally, domestic wastewater from specific facilities such as cafeterias, school lunch centers, restaurants, hotels, and inns contains oil and other impurities, so in order to prevent pollution, these wastewaters are led to an oil separation tank equipped with a baffle plate to float the oil. The floating oil was pumped up and transferred to an oil storage tank for disposal, but with this method, food scraps would settle and rot in the oil separation tank, and floating substances other than oil would form, forming scum, which would become a source of flies and other pests. became.

Recently, the standards for N-hexane extract, that is, the oil content in wastewater, are the standards of the Prime Minister's Office Ordinance establishing wastewater standards under the Water Pollution Control Act for specific facilities that produce 50 tons or more of wastewater per day. III) As local governments impose stricter regulations on waste water, it has become difficult to obtain wastewater that passes the standards using conventional methods.

The tank 1 is divided into several sections by a plurality of rectifying baffle plates 7, 7', 7'' which have space alternately above and below, and when the wastewater enters through the sensor 3 of the inflow pipe 2, the wastewater flows quietly into a laminar flow. The oil 6 passes through this section and floats to the water surface 5, and rice grains etc. are separated to the bottom of the tank. Finally, the interaction between the baffle plate 9 and the oil scum baffle plate 10 intercepts the oil scum, which remains in the tank and is purified. The wastewater is discharged from the discharge pipe 1.

That is, the tank is made into a substantially cylindrical shape, and a differential user attached to a wall slightly offset from the bottom with a bracket 13 is installed. When there is no inflow of wastewater, that is, intermittently, the sensor 3 of the inflow pipe 2 detects air bubbles from the differential user 8. When water is released, the air lift effect caused by the air bubbles causes the wastewater to rise and be guided to the wall, where it moves in a circular motion as shown in Figure 2, and the air bubbles come into contact with oil and other substances efficiently.

As a result, organic matter such as rice grains in the wastewater is oxidized and decomposed, and oil in the wastewater comes into rotational contact with each other due to the flow, and together with the action of microbial detergent slag in the wastewater, it grows into a ball shape.

Furthermore, when a small amount of a flocculant such as aluminum sulfate or a cleaning agent such as activated sludge is added during aeration, flocculation, and separation, the additive will adhere to and grow on the balls, and the wastewater may be further purified.

This device has a single tank, has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and is inexpensive.Although the operation is intermittent and simple, it is extremely effective. It aerates organic waste such as oil in a single tank when not in use, such as at night. , agglomeration and separation treatment to prevent harmful odors and the generation of pests, and to separate the oil into harmless and odorless waste oil balls, making it easier to handle so that you only need to take out the waste oil balls once or twice a year. Moreover, it has the effect of highly cleaning wastewater and making it recyclable, contributing to pollution prevention, resource saving, and energy saving.

1 A horizontally placed approximately cylindrical tank 1 has an inflow pipe 2 having a sensor 3 that allows wastewater to flow into one end in the axial direction, and a discharge pipe that discharges the wastewater from which oil has been separated at the other end of the tank 1. 11, and a plurality of rectifying baffle plates installed vertically with space alternately above and below in order to flow the wastewater that has flowed into the tank in an upward and downward zigzag pattern7. 7' and 7'', and the compartments substantially separated by the rectifying baffle plate each have a differential user 8.8 that blows out air bubbles provided at a position slightly offset from the bottom of the compartment.
8"8"', and when there is no inflow of wastewater such as at night, the air lift effect of air bubbles blown out from this differential user causes the wastewater in the compartment to rotate along the peripheral wall, and the oil in the wastewater is aerated and coagulated and separated. A baffle plate 9 and oil are used to form a waste oil ball, and on the other hand, when the wastewater flows in, the purified wastewater is sequentially moved through the compartment, and finally the separated oil scum is stopped in the tank by interaction and drained. A device for aeration and agglomeration of oil in wastewater consisting of a single tank characterized by a structure having a scum baffle plate 10 in front of a discharge pipe.
