一搬に製糸工場に於いては糸を紡出しボビンに巻取る
までの工程と、巻取られた糸(糸巻ボビン)を検査する

ボビンを一時的に保管しておく必要がぁり、糸巻ボビン
をパレットに載置しこれを台車に載せてプールしていた
。又巻取機に供給する空ボビンも同じようにパレットに
載置し台車に載せて保管している。従つて前記のような
糸巻ボビン及び空ボビンを保管する方法では広大な保管
場所と多数の台車を必要とすると共に、糸巻ボビンの集
積場で糸巻ボビンを各品種毎に仕分けて保管する必要が
あり、仕分け管理が繁雑でしかも他品種の混入を防止す
ることは非常に困難である等の欠点があつた。 本発明
は前記のような従来の保管方法の欠点を解消することを

ベアおよび搬出コンベアと、この搬入コンベアおよび搬
出コンベア間に設けられた搬送コンベアにより循環路を
形成せしめた搬送装置とで構成すると共に、前記搬送コ
ンベアの側部でかつ搬出コンベア側に糸巻ボビンの良・
不良を検査する装置を、搬入コンベア側に前記検査装置
で空になつたパレットに空ボビンを供給する装置を夫々
設け、前記棚の収納空間に糸巻ボビンまたは空ボビンを
載置したパレットを搬送、保管せしめるようにした保管
場所が有効に利用できると共に糸巻ボビンの仕分けが正
確かつ容易な糸条物の自動保管設備を提供するものであ

次に第2−A図の空バレツトaは再び搬送コンベア5に
より空ボビン供給装置7に送り空ボビン供給装置7のゞ
口〃の位置で空ボビンがパレツトに供給されパレツトa
は第2一A図の状態から第2−B図の状態になB,空ボ
ビンを載置したバレットa′は搬送コンベア5で搬人コ
ンベア4に送られる。搬人コンベア4に搬送されたパレ
ツトa′はスタツカークレーン2によつて棚1の所定の
収納空間に搬送され一時的に保管され必要に応じて巻取
機に送られる。本発明は前記のように複数個の収納空間
を有する棚を通路を挟んで配置しこの通路に沿つて往復
動し糸巻ボビンまたは空ボビンを載置したパレツトを収
納空間に出し人れをするスタツカークレーンを配設した
保管装置と、前記通路を挾んで配置された棚に連設され
た搬人コンベアおよび搬出コンベアと、この搬入コンベ
アおよび搬出コンベア間に設けられた搬送コンベアによ
り循環路を形成せしめた搬送装置とで構成すると共に、
前記搬出コンベアに糸巻ボビンの良・不良を検査する装
置を、搬人コンベア側に前記検査装置で空になつたパレ
ツトに空ボビンを供給する装置を夫々設け、前記棚の収
納空間に糸巻ボビンまたは空ボビンを載置したパレット
を搬送、保管せしめるようにしたことにより、次のよう

棚を通路を挾んで配設し、この通路に沿つて往復動し糸
巻ボビンまたは空ボビンを載置したパレットを収納空間
に出し入れするスタッカークレーンを配設した保管装置
と、前記棚に連設された搬入コンベアおよび搬出コンベ
アと、この搬入コンベアおよび搬出コンベア間に設けら
れた搬送コンベアにより循環路を形成せしめた搬送装置
とで構成すると共に、前記搬送コンベアの側部でかつ搬
出コンベア側に糸巻ボビンの良・不良を検査する装置を
、搬入コンベア側に前記検査装置で空になつたパレット
に空ボビンを供給する装置を夫夫設け、前記棚の収納空
間に糸巻ボビンまたは空ボビンを載置したパレットを搬
送、保管せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする糸条物の
保管設備。1.
