洩れにくくすることかできるような研削方法を提供する

このため、本発明は研削の最終工程においてレシプロ運

研削に使用する砥石等は第1図に示した通りであり、研
削の工程は、時間と切込み量との関係から、第2図に示
すように、切込み前の急速送り工程a 、 i’u研工
程b、ネR研工程C1切込み量0のスパークアウト工程
dの順で行う。そして、a −cの工程では砥石をレシ
プロ運動を与えつつ回転運動させて研削を行い、最終の

抵抗になるので、浦等の洩れが生じにくくなる。この結

シプロ運動を停止させて回転運動のみによって研削を行
