検出前処理装置であって、入力信号のパルス振幅その他
のパルスデータ諸元を求めるパルスデータ諸元検出回路
と、入力パルス振幅を基準値と比較して２値信号を出力
する比較回路と、該比較回路の出力を所定数並列に記憶
するシフトレジスタと、ｉシフトレジスタの並列出力の
中の２値信号のいずれかの信号の数をカウントするカウ
ント回路と、該カウント回路のカウント値がその上昇時
あるいは下降時に基準カウント値と一致した時入カパル
ス振幅が変動したと判定する判定論理回路と、該判定論
理回路の変動判定時の時刻を記憶する変動時刻記憶回路
とを備え □たことを特徴とするコニカルスキャン周
