Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 底部からリード線が導出されてなる一端開口状の金属ケ
    ースと、該金属ケースの上記一端開口に嵌合して外周面
    に形成した電極が上記金属ケースに導通する正特性サー
    ミスタと、該正特性サーミスタの軸心部を貫通していま
    一つの電極に導通ずるとともに一端に形成した固定接点
    が上記金属ケース内に突出するいま一つのリード線と、
    金属ケースの上記底部と正特性サーミスタとの間にリー
    ド線の上記固定接点に対して離接可能に収容され、両端
    面が軸芯に対して傾斜した摺動接点とを備える一方、こ
    の摺動接点の両側からバネ力を作用させ、上記摺動接点
    の外周面の一部および端面の一つを失々上記金属ケース
    の内壁面および上記固定接点に圧接させて上記正特性サ
    ーミスタの両電極間を短絡する形状記憶合金およびスプ
    リングを備え、形状記憶合金の記憶形状への変形で摺動
    接点を上記接点に対して離接させて正特性サーミスタの
    上記両電極間の通電をオン、オフさせるようにしたこと
    を特徴とする自己保持スイッチ。
