カアーム本体と、このバルブロッカアーム本体のいずれ

入配置した、有底筒状のプランジャと、このプランジャ
の内部に、このプランジャ内部を第１油室と第２油室と
に隔成するように嵌挿配置したバルブシートと、このバ
ルブシートの通孔に設置／ｊた、前記第１油室から前記
第２油室に向う油の流通のみを許容するためのチェック
バルブと、前記第２油室内に、前記プランジャの底部と
前記バルブシートとを互いに離間する方向に弾発付勢す
るように配置したリターンスプリングと、一端がオイル
ポンプに連通し、他端が前記第１油室に連通した油導入
通路とを備えた、ラッシュ調整可能なバルブロッカアー
ムにおいて、前記バルブロッカアーム本体には一端側が
前記第１油室の上面に開口する空気抜き孔を設けると共
に前記第１油室の上面と、前記バルブシートの上端面と
の間にはオリフィスプレートを介在させ、−該オリフィ
