ると共に該ピストン４と該スリーブ５とで流路７を流れ
る流体に大きな通過抵抗を与えない程度に絞る絞り８を
形成し、該シート部６と該絞り８との間の流路７ａに排
圧ポート３から流体を導入すべくスリーブ５に小孔９を
